Here, you can download dMRI data from 24 participants. The images were acquired on two different scanners. The two scanners are technically identical 3T Siemens Prisma scanners. Both were situated at the University Hospital Aachen. The scanners are referred to as B-scanner and S-scanner.

On both scanners, the subjects were scanned subsequently with two different head coils. A 64 channel and a 20 channel head coil were used. Thus, a total of four distinct datasets is obtained. These four datasets are referred to with the following naming convention, which reveals both scanner and head coil type: S20, S64, B20, and B64. Each diffusion scan was recorded with a total of 3 shells, b = 1000s/mm2, b = 2000s/mm2, and b = 3000s/mm2. T1 images were acquired in the B64 and S20 setting, but not for B20 and S64.

More details on the scans and acquisition settings can be found in the Leon Weningers PhD thesis „Deep Learning-based Analysis of Diffusion MRI Image Data from Multicenter Studies and from Glioma Patients“ available under Publications on this website.
