Research Fields

    • Marcel is working on the development of low-field MRI systems, with a focus on the development of modular readout hardware systems. In particular, the focus is on real-time synchronization of embedded systems and field programmable gate arrays (FPGA) to implement complex signal processing chains in real time. The optimization of software and hardware systems ensures precise synchronization of the acquired data, which significantly improves the efficiency of subsequent data analysis for imaging procedures.
